The digitalization process took off about ten years ago, when more organizations were looking solutions to make their activities efficient. need arose as result large volume information had be processed daily which time allocated solving these tasks was much too large. current work aims analyze method business using ERP systems, based on bibliometric analysis from specialized literature. is statistical (quantitative) written publications address two key concepts: digitalization.
